This map gives a rough guide of some of the walks that are available in the woods. At times, when the Forestry Commission is felling trees, some of the footpaths and trails may be closed for safety reasons.

The next few photographs were taken along parts of the blue trail starting at Deerpark Forest car park and picnic area.
The picnic area is set underneath a fairly old Beech wooded area and bluebells flower here every year. The sign post for the Blue trail sets visitors off in a fairly wide track sweeping round in a curve to the bottom of the Deerpark Valley.
